Signe-Marie has more than 20 years of experience within IT and is recognised as an inspirational speaker and an enthusiastic facilitator and trainer. She has worked in all kinds of service management projects. Still she wonders: Why does best practice work so well in some organisations, while in others it is just a project that soon fades out? Her experience is that delivering high quality services to customers, it is so much about the people.
Having founded Teambyggerne (“Team builders Ltd”), she wants to combine her experience within service management and her competence as trainer, facilitator in working with teams, helping them reach their goals, exploit their full potential and achieve high quality services for their customers.
Main focus: Providing training and building team capabilities within Lean, ITIL, Information Security, GDPR and Risk management.
Signe-Marie was part of the group launching itSMF Norway in 2002. For more than ten years, she was responsible for the conference program and was chair of the Board for two, receiving the recognition as “Member of Honour” in 2015. At an international level, she was part of the ITIL v3 advisory group and the APMG Examiner Panel, developing both ITIL and Cyber Resilience exams.

Lean in 1 hour – An introduction to Lean and process improvement
The participants will, during an interactive hour, be introduced to important Lean principles concerning customer focus and process flow. By way of playing and fun, competition and some seriousness, the participants will be involved in process improvement in practice. The goal is to provide the participants with an understanding of what Lean is all about, and form useful reflections on how Lean can be utilized in their own business.
